When two professional colleagues and friends decide to launch their own business, there is a natural level of anxiety. However, for Ian Foster and William Bromley, co-founders of my innova wealth partners, those feelings have been replaced with excitement.

Ian Foster
Ian Foster is the current head coach of England Men’s U20s. He joined Liverpool FC academy as a youth player and spent the majority of his playing career in lower league English football clubs such as Hereford United, Chester City and Kidderminster Harriers.
After retiring from playing in 2005, Foster made the move into management and began his coaching career at League of Ireland Premier Division club Galway United as assistant manager to Jeff Kenna. He quickly progressed through the ranks to become the club’s manager for the 2009 season, leading them to safety and a place in the Europa League.
The 54-year-old New Zealander is an integral part of Steven Hansen’s All Blacks brains trust, and has been instrumental in their illustrious recent run of success including a Rugby World Cup win in 2015 and multiple successful Bledisloe Cup campaigns. Despite his illustrious career, Foster remains a humble man and is wary of the media – a trait he credits to his Tokoroa upbringing.
William Bromley
William Bromley is an experienced attorney representing clients in probate, trust and estate administration, and litigation. He is knowledgeable about the unique dynamics and emotions of each case and strives to provide a tailored approach. He has over 32 years of experience in the field.
He began his career as an engraver and learned the trade from his grandfather. However, his passion for painting caused him to quit engraving and dedicate himself to art. He exhibited many of his paintings at Suffolk Street and the Royal Academy. His works also appear in the British Museum.
He was a high church Tory and his political rivals sometimes used his travel memoirs to allege Jacobite sympathies. He was Speaker of the House of Commons from 1710 to 1713 and a strong supporter of the Hanoverian Succession in 1714. He died in Baginton in Warwickshire.
Michael Bromley
Michael Bromley is a businessman who has extensive experience in hotel and leisure operations. He has been a Director of several companies in Singapore, Australia and Papua New Guinea. His current positions include Chairman of Heli Niugini Ltd and AAB Holdings Pty Ltd. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Steamships Trading Company Ltd and Fasteners & More Pty Ltd. He has a wealth of international business expertise from over 40 years of operating and advising businesses in a number of countries.
Innova Wealth Partners, LLC operates as a financial advisory firm. The Company provides clients with advice in the areas of retirement planning, tax planning, and investment management. Innova Wealth Partners serves pre-retirees and retirees in the greater Bucks County and Philadelphia area.
Ryan Bromley
Ryan Bromley is a 3A Arts and Business student with a major in Peace and Conflict Studies (PACS). He was the fall 2021 Enterprise Co-op business pitch winner. He was able to turn his idea into a reality over the course of his work term and demonstrate incredible flexibility, drive, and vision for his goal.
Ryan works with pre-retirees and retirees in the Newtown, Pennsylvania area to help them clarify their goals and create a financial strategy that aligns with their values. He currently manages $177.5 million across 947 customer accounts and has a small team of 5 financial advisors.
